It’s no secret that it’s cold and flu season again and that means it’s time to nutrient up and boost the immune system. This Tomato Soup recipe is a quick and delicious way to nourish, heal, and restore your gut health and immunity! While the main ingredient is bone broth, the fresh basil, a touch of pepper, and thyme all work on boosting the immune system.

Bone broth has gained popularity in the past few years and for good reason. The properties in this magic elixir are culpable for why your grandmother’s chicken soup always seemed to be the magic cure.

Bone broth contains 19 healing amino acids that are easily absorbed by the body to fight inflammation and heal our gut. It keeps us hydrated and actually clears mucus and opens respiratory pathways.

The best part about it is you don’t have to make it yourself if your short on time. Taking a tip out of Barefoot Contessa’s recipe box ‘why make everything when you can easily buy good ingredients.’ I like Bonafide bone broth found in your grocers freezer section.

So ward off the sniffles with this immune boosting soup. It’s delicious, healing and best of all QUICK!.... now how easy is that?

Gratitude & 🌱’s,

Wellness Contessa
